By installing the App, by accepting these terms on the screen shown the first time you open it, or by continuing to use it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What Sahrni Player is

Sahrni Player ("the App") is a media player application for Smart TVs. The App does not include, provide, sell, host, distribute, promote or endorse any television channels, streams, playlists, subscriptions or media content of any kind.

2. Your content, your responsibility

The App only plays content from playlists (Xtream Codes credentials or M3U links) that you add yourself. You are solely responsible for the playlists you use and for ensuring you have the legal right to access their content in your country. We do not review, monitor or control any playlist content.

3. No affiliation

Sahrni Player is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any service provider, TV channel or content distributor. Any trademarks that may appear inside user-added playlists belong to their respective owners.

4. Activation & trial

• The App offers a free trial per device (7 days by default).
• After the trial, a one-time activation fee unlocks the device for its lifetime.
• Activation covers the player software only — it does not include any content or subscription.
• Activations are per-device (tied to the device MAC) and are non-transferable and non-refundable once applied, except where required by law.

5. Resellers

Resellers purchase activation credits and activate end-user devices. Resellers act independently and are not employees or agents of Sahrni Player. Resellers must not bundle, advertise or sell the App together with any content or playlists.

6. Privacy

The App stores your playlists locally on your device and — if you use the web portal — on our activation server, strictly to deliver them to your TV. We store: device identifiers (MAC / device key / model), activation status, and the playlists you add. We do not sell your data. Playlists are removed when you delete them or your device record.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

The App and the website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including inability to play any specific content, service interruptions, or actions of third-party playlist providers.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in them affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Fair use & abuse

We may block devices or reseller accounts that abuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it in connection with unlawful content distribution.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. If they change materially, the App will ask you to accept the new version. The version number at the top of this page tells you which text is current.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
